1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your payment.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak seasons, such as Diwali or other festivals, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Domestic Shipping (within India):
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order is typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
3. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products are handled with care. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the size of the package.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
- The tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment and get real-time updates on its location.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged in Transit: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately upon delivery. Contact us at onairbazaar@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and work to find a satisfactory solution.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in filing a claim. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from a delivery location.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
